Everbearing Quinault

Quinalt produces juicy, sweet fruit in June and for many months to follow. Use my delicious, fresh fruit in desserts, juices, jams, syrups, snacks or garnishes. I am ideal for containers, hanging baskets and the home garden. For best results, feed with a liquid or slow release fertilizer. Add peat moss and compost to the soil before planting to create a rich, well-drained soil.

Strawberry Salsa

1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced
4 Roma plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped

In a large bowl, combine strawberries, tomatoes, chili pepper, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, sugar, vinegar and oil. Toss all together to mix and coat. Cover dish and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill.
