This aromatic perennial Chamomile produces
small, white, daisy-like flowers oo sturdy stems with wispy delicate leaves. It can be used for teas and has similar medical uses as annual Chamomile varieties. It is a
low-growing, spreading ground cover that can tolerate light foot traffic. It spreads underground via its creeping rhizomes. Harvest flowers when they are open and fully fragrant and come back for any blooms that have not fully matured. To preserve, air dry or process in a dehydrator at low heat and store in jars out of direct light. Hardy Zones 5-8.
