This is the perfect mint for making Julips! The large, pebbled leaves are packed with sweet spearmint flavor. The large leaf of this robust plant can be used in any recipe calling for spearmint. It is great in teas, especially good for iced tea, jellies, in recipes calling for mint and Middle Eastern dishes like tabbouleh. Easy to grow and a prolific spreader, can be used as a fragrant groundcover. To enhance the flavor of this mint trim the shoots of the pink-lilac flowers as they appear.
